First visit, and definitely an interesting place. A former open-cast lignite mining area, later flooded into one of Germany’s large artificial lakes. Above water it feels calm and open. Underwater you still sense the mining past: steep shapes, raw structure, and the underwater forest dive sites that make this lake special.
Good dive, good company, and another lake added to the logbook.
